Refund and Return Policy
We want you to love every product you receive from us. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.
Returns We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. For hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns on opened skincare or beauty products unless they are faulty or damaged.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Damaged or Faulty Items If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund.
